1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of interior design services by The ColorQube Interiors, owned and operated by Mr. Vinit Nitin Deodhar (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. By engaging our services or using this website, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms in full.

3. We provide professional interior design, space planning, material procurement, manufacturing, and installation services as per the scope outlined in the service proposal shared with you.

4. The approved service proposal, quotation, and any supplemental documents together form the binding agreement between you and The ColorQube Interiors.

5. A deposit or advance payment, as specified in the proposal, is required before commencing any work. Delayed or non-payment may result in postponement or suspension of services.

6. We shall not be held liable for project delays or cost variations arising from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, labour issues, or client-requested changes.

7. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (including site details, measurements, and approvals) is accurate and timely.

8. Any design or scope changes requested after commencement may affect the project schedule and cost. Such changes will be billed additionally.

9. Payment of the final invoice confirms your acceptance of the completed work and acknowledgement that the project has been executed as agreed.

10. Workmanship is covered by a limited warranty period as stated in the proposal. This warranty excludes issues caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

11. All creative materials, including designs, layouts, renderings, drawings, and related intellectual property, remain the sole property of The ColorQube Interiors unless expressly transferred in writing.

12. You may not copy, share, or reuse any design concepts or documents for other purposes without our written consent.

13. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including business interruptions or loss of profits, resulting from our services or your use of this website.

14. If you cancel or suspend the project after commencement, you are liable for all expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, including design fees, material costs, and labour charges.

15. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

16. Refund Policy: All payments made to The ColorQube Interiors are non-refundable. Once design development, material procurement, or site work has started, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
